that is provided through the link below, and returning it along with your fee (information below) to Shonda Walsh 3385 Cynthia Drive, Lima, OH 45801.  Make checks payable to LCCN-MOPS.  Please do this as soon as possible so you can start receiving your MOMSense magazine, the new theme book for this year, and your weekly Mom-E-mail, all sent to your home!  You can e-mail her with any questions at jaredwalsh2000@yahoo.com.

This year, we ask that you choose one of two payment options: 

• $30 paid now
• $4 per meeting

Arrangements can be made for anyone with financial concerns.  No one will be turned away for not paying fees; however, these fees are necessary to continue the MOPS Ministry.  If for any reason, you are unable to manage these payment options, please e-mail Shonda Walsh at jaredwalsh2000@yahoo.com or see your table leader or any other member of the MOPS leadership team.  We will make arangements for you or you may qualify for a scholarship.

MOPS dues help pay for:  

• MOPS to Mom Connection Fee which includes MOMSense magazine (retail value $20),reusable shopping bag, luggage tag, magnet, weekly mom-e-Mail.  (Total retail value $32.99)
• Annual Charter Renewal Fee to MOPS International
• Other moms around the world to experience the support you are receiving through this organization.

  • Moppets supplies for your children
  • Craft Supplies
    
• Miscellaneous
  • Decorations and giveaways
  • Copies and mailings
  • Fliers, brochures and forms
  • MOPS International training events

In order to better plan for our meetings and to simplify registration, we ask that you mail back the registration form and also your check for $30 ASAP or bring to the first meeting.  Make checks payable to LCCN-MOPS.
