Here at LimaCC, we believe it is in community where we grow as disciples of Jesus and connect with other believers. Community is also where we connect those missing from the Kingdom of God in the Lima region to The Church. How we do this is through Mission Shaped Communities.
Mission Shaped Communities (MSCs) are groups of people that gather to build friendships, grow as followers of Jesus and build relationships with others in our community.

• Our MSCs each have a particular mission vision in which they reach out beyond the church walls to share the life and love of Jesus. …We call this “OUT”. 
• They also spend time just laughing, eating, having fun and building meaningful friendships with others. …We call this “IN”.
• In order that our community truly grows together as followers of Jesus, we must also focus on our relationship with God. We spend time in Prayer with each other, talking about the things God is doing in our lives, devotions, worship, Bible studies, etc. …We call this “UP”.
